 Alveo Legame is registered on the 6^th of January 2014 under The Business Registration Act 1956. It was formed to create new connections of businesses in Malaysia with our counterparts in China.  Our aim is to gather as much entrepreneurs as possible to collaborate in this lucrative business endeavors.  I have been exploring the potential of bridging Malaysian Entrepreneurs with the china counterparts for the past few years now. What I have been experiencing was, we have to have a strong teamwork among us Malaysian entrepreneurs to bring in business as well as other services into Malaysian market and ASEAN region itself. To that knowledge that I have gains, I want to share it with everyone the know-how as well as the most practicable ways to start doing business.

China will be our based and source of products and we will harness the extra packages that are embedded with it. While we are doing business, we will also be learning new things such as skills of operations, marketing, business administrations, International Trades, and so on. This body of knowledge cannot be learned in a traditional classroom method.   As we expose ourselves to the real situations, the better the knowledge that we will be gaining.

Business Model

In our partnership, we welcome everyone to be part of this business. No matter you have capital or not. We have the business model for everyone to join us.

1. Joint Venture Partnership (JVP)

JVP is the Model that allows other entrepreneurs to shares a sum of capital to enable them to share some percentages of profits that we are generating from these business operations. The terms and conditions will be discussed with our consultant and an agreement will be sign upon the acceptation of the terms and conditions. 

2. Retail Partnership

A retail Partnership is whereby, any individuals that have some capital but it is not enough to be a JVP. The capital is stated around RM3, 000 to RM15, 000, can be our retail Partners. Where the benefits of our Retail Partners is they will have access to our products and linkage in China. We will assist them in searching for the requested products, buy it, shipping it to Malaysia and other process needed such as customs clearance. Apart from that, we will also bridge them with the suppliers to help gains trust to one another.

3. Business Agent

If you don’t have any capital or a capital of lower than RM3, 000, you also can be parts of our business.  Our business agents will act as our business consultants for our ready products in our warehouse. What we have in hand will be indexes in our website. The Business agent can log in to know what products that Alveo Legame has on stocks.  Thus they can acquire the items to be sold directly or through our website linkage. A certain commissions will be paid as the products were sold.

An agent with some capital on hand can buy the products at a wholesale price direct from our warehouse. This will allow them to make more profits rather than the base commission that we offer. Our Business agents will enjoy a lower price comparing with buying in with other wholesale agents or business.

At the end of each Financial Year, Alveo Legame will reward 40 of the best agents a visit to Yiwu International Markets in Zhejiang China.  All expenses paid.
